Our Mission

We aim to serve BIPOC womxn with the capacity to develop leadership in many sectors of our economy and society, by leveraging partnerships, networks,
earned media, and advertising.

Our Vision

Our vision is set on a just society that centers on democratizing philanthropy through fundraising, member involvement, and grant making; where leaders are reflective of the people they serve.

Our Plan

Opportunity Leadership Fund will recruit and prepare BIPOC womxn to develop leadership skills and aptitudes needed in today’s rapidly changing world. We want to develop leaders who thrive in non-profits, corporate board rooms, industry, governance, education, and civic leadership. Womxn belong at the decision table where decisions affect their lives, and the lives of their families and communities.
